Employees cannot view confidential owner-level financial information or modify locked historical day books.

We retain your data for as long as your account or organisation remains active, or as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy and comply with legal obligations.
You may request account deletion or removal of specific personal data by contacting us. Certain transactional or financial records may be retained for legal, auditing or legitimate business purposes, even after account deletion.

The App or linked web dashboards may use cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences and analyse how the service is used. We may also use anonymous analytics and crash reporting tools to improve performance and reliability.
